All India Ex-Airmen Welfare Association is formed to meet the old friends who worked together while in service. Most of the cases on retirement we go to our home places and try to settle down near in nearby home towns or some where we get a job. So most of the friends they forget the contacts of their friends who were best friends some times in their young age. When ever we meet some of our very old friends we really get happiness.
Second major issue is some of us do not get good jobs or are not able get settled properly. So they can seek help from those who are already settled. They can seek guidance from those who are doing good business.
