One an airmen opt for retirement his first aim is to resettle him self, either he should be able to get a govt or private job in civil or he should go for doing some private business. Which one will be better depends upon the individual. What are the skills and Educational qualifications he has acquired during the service period. There are several lucky airmen have got good govt jobs, some are on very good reputed govt jobs. We have examples of good success in business like Ex-Sgt Ram kumar Shokeen he has earned a lot in the business of property in Delhi. Mr. Ran Sing Birhman owner of Relcom Group. There are many more which we do not know yet. There are many more who can become the guides for the airmen coming on retirements. I wish you people can through more light on the subject
